Test & Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

Alethos is developing EU-sovereign radar sensors for drone detection on tactical vehicles. We're an early-stage team — two founders in Munich, hiring our first engineers right now. Your chance to be one of the first on board.
The Role
You bridge hardware and software in our first radar integration setup — from eval board to cable assembly to drone test campaigns. You're the person who makes the kit actually run.
What you'll do
- Assemble, wire and configure our sensor stack
- Bring up and debug Automotive Ethernet communication
- Standardize Ubuntu / ROS 2 setups (Ansible welcome)
- CAD, 3D printing and small mechanical work
- Run drone test campaigns — out of the office, occasionally abroad
- Solder, measure, document
What you bring
- STEM degree (EE, mechatronics, CS or similar), finished or close to it
- Basics in Linux, networking, programming
- Solid hands — no fear of the soldering iron or oscilloscope
- Fluent English
